We have also invested heavily in our amenities, offering our occupiers the opportunity to adopt a long-term strategy built around a place where people want to work, now and in the future. Our facilities include a lovely café, well-equipped gym, hair salon, beauty salon, and a great nursery. All are run by third party occupiers. We have even got our own nature trail which is perfect for a leisurely stroll during the day.

Mamhilad Park Estate has free car parking spaces on site and a large visitors car park.

24/7 access, security, and CCTV

We know it is important to access your workspace at any time you wish. We offer access 24/7, 365-days a year. We also have fob access system, automatic number plate recognition for entry and exit (ANPR) and monitored CCTV cameras – for that extra peace of mind.

High-speed fibre internet connectivity

Mamhilad Park Estate has its own site-wide fibre network and we can provide however much bandwidth you need. This is connected to a leased line which provides a super-fast connection to the internet. The lines are also uncontested, meaning your connection is not shared with any other occupier.

The DuPont Dacron Nature Trail

In keeping with the picturesque location of Mamhilad Park Estate, we are proud to have recreated the one-kilometre-long original DuPont Dacron Nature Trail. This quiet, green space represents the perfect trail for a leisurely stroll during the day to reflect and relax. The walk starts at the rear of the onsite café and takes in some interesting focal points along the way, including the old water tower.

Meeting room

Located on the ground floor of Mamhilad House, the meeting room within the Walnut Suite offers a comfortable and practical space for meetings, workshops, and team sessions.

The room can accommodate up to 20 people and is fully equipped with a smart screen, flip chart, and high-speed Wi-Fi—everything you need to run a productive session.

You will also have access to the kitchen next door for added convenience.

On-site nursery

An attractive benefit for parents or guardians of young children who work at Mamhilad Park Estate, is that they can go to work confident in the knowledge their children are nearby and well looked after, in the fantastic Little Stars Nursery.

Established in 2003, Little Stars Nursery boasts a broad and balanced curriculum, excellent facilities, and extensive outdoor play areas. It is open Monday-Friday (7:45am – 18:00pm) Little Stars Nursery provides private childcare and education for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years’ old. Occupiers of the site also receive a fee discount.

Coffi Kitoko in the Park

One of the key benefits of Mamhilad Park Estate is the onsite café. Coffi Kitoko in the Park is open for coffees and food Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4pm, and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays – and is available to both on-site occupiers and visitors.

Fitness Facilitiies

We have a growing number of fitness facilities here with state-of-the-art equipment and fitout, offering classes and bespoke training for individual adults and children as well as teams.

These include a specialist CrossFit gym, martial arts gym, strength and performance gym, two studios focused on women’s fitness and a fully-equipped reformer pilates studio.

Hair and beauty salons

Run by beauty therapist Eve Thomas, Lux Beauty Lounge offers an array of professional beauty treatments including massage, facials, nails and waxing. It is open from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Next door to Lux is Keds and Chambers, a hair salon run by Sarah Kedwood and Ben Chambers. Keds and Chambers is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
