Andrew Wilkinson
Andrew became a non-executive director of Johnsey Estates in August 2008. Following the death of the founder, Terry Johnsey in August 2011 he was appointed as Chairman of the Board. Andrew has held senior roles with HSBC during his career and has held other non-executive positions including Chairman of the University of South Wales.
James Crawford
James joined Johnsey Estates as Chief Executive Officer in 2012. A Chartered Surveyor, James has spent his career in the property industry, as a property investor and developer. He has detailed knowledge and understanding of property, banking and finance. He has held senior directorship roles within private and publicly quoted market-leading UK property businesses. He is also a member of the Investment Property Forum.
Peter Downes
Peter joined Johnsey Estates as a consultant in 2013. His role has since evolved and he now has overall responsibility for all lettings, asset management and development activities. He has previously held senior positions within the property industry, including in-house corporate roles for multinational companies.
Geraint Bowen
Geraint joined Johnsey Estates in his current role in 2015. He has significant management, financial and project accounting experience within several different sectors including construction and facilities management. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Russell Nutman
Russell joined Johnsey Estates in 1984 as a multi-skilled operative, progressing to estates manager and then property manager in 2012. He takes responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all sites and buildings and manages the internal and external teams.
Neil Melhuish
Neil joined Johnsey Estates on a consultancy basis in 2022. With an impressive track record in the construction and property development sectors, Neil has held various senior management roles with tier 1 contractors along with directorships with housing developers, commercial property developers and contractors. He now leads on special projects for Johnsey Estates.
Mike Whitson
Mike joined Johnsey Estates as a Business Development Consultant in 2024 having previously worked with the Torfaen Strategic Economic Forum. Born and bred in Torfaen, his career included a number of sales, marketing and project management roles before starting his own manufacturing business in Torfaen from which he retired in 2020 after 28 years to explore other business opportunities. A former rugby player, Mike is currently a Trustee and Membership Secretary of Crawshays Rugby Club.
Sarah Addison
Sarah joined Johnsey Estates in 1989.
Claire Guest
Claire joined Johnsey Estates in 2002, as secretary to the Estates Manager. She now works as finance assistant, undertaking sales ledger, credit control and other finance duties as well as a tenant liaison function.
