For medium-sized and larger organisations, we have spaces available, which can be custom-designed to meet your needs with site wide fibre optic broadband ensuring the connectivity that you need. The offices start as open-plan spaces and can be sectioned and adjusted to fit with hybrid or flexible working models as required. These typically start from £41,000 pa excluding VAT, utility charges and services charges. These spaces come with meetings rooms of various sizes, shower facilities and a kitchen that can also be adjusted to specific needs.
