COVID-19 Risk Assessments
Risk assessments have been prepared covering the common areas of the estate’s four multi-let office buildings. Johnsey Estates UK Ltd, as owners of Mamhilad Park Estate, aims to keep all occupiers and visitors safe by applying and adhering to Welsh Government guidelines. It is the responsibility of individual occupiers to undertake COVID-19 Risk Assessments upon demised space in consultation with unions or workers.
