Polarity continues our wellbeing business boom!
Polarity Wellbeing is the latest local business to join our very own wellbeing business boom – and is even offering fellow occupiers some very special deals!
The business is adding to its Cwmbran base with new, state-of-the-art facilities here, including a yoga studio and infra-red sauna and ice baths where they offer a range of yoga practices and restorative ‘fire and ice’ experiences, Monday to Friday.
Founded three years ago by couple Josh and Dani Harris, Polarity’s new 500 sq ft, ground floor space at Monmouth House also includes changing and shower facilities as well as a welcome reception and chill out space for clients.
“Our business is all about offering people sanctuary and harmony in a calming, therapeutic environment with the best facilities supported by expert guidance and care,” said Dani.
“When we saw the beautiful, peaceful, green parkland here at Mamhilad, we were struck by how the outside environment absolutely mirrors what we create for our clients. Their experience here starts with parking up with no stress then walking along through landscaped gardens to be welcomed by the team in our calming reception area.”
Josh explained that the 1,500 people who are based in over 150 businesses at the estate plus its on-site fitness centres made for an attractive target market right on the doorstep.
“It’s a ready-made community here and we naturally hope that our services will be of interest and help to those already working here and look forward to introducing ourselves,” he said.
“It’s also great to be part of a burgeoning wellness business community where complementary services are all available and we can hopefully work together.”
Polarity is offering Mamhilad resident businesses of 10+ employees special membership rates and packages from just £29 per month across both its locations.
“As a growing business, we really appreciate the support we’ve had from the estate team here, who have taken a massive load off us,” said Josh.
“They’ve been so supportive with the flexibility of our lease and also the fitout – and we’re really impressed with the workmanship.”
Polarity is the latest in a growing number of wellbeing businesses at Mamhilad Park Estate, whose Wellbeing Hub, a 2,690 sq ft dedicated area for the sector, launched just three months ago and is already 90% let to ten businesses, with further expansion planned.
“We’re delighted to welcome such an interesting and progressive, purposeful business to Mamhilad,” said James Crawford, chief executive of Johnsey Estates UK Limited, the estate’s owner-managers who are also based on-site.
“People have never been so conscious of the importance of their wellbeing and willing to invest in it, which was why we decided a few months ago to open a dedicated hub for these businesses. We knew we had the expertise and experience to complete the required specialist fitout they need and also felt the beautiful environmental setting we have here would appeal.
“But we couldn’t have predicted just how quickly the lettings have come, from a mix of individuals taking the next step with permanent space in the hub to established businesses like Polarity decidingto expand here. It’s great to see the community they have already formed and we will do everything we can to support them to thrive at Mamhilad Park Estate while also adding another 2,500 sq ft to the Wellbeing Hub.”
