Step into Christmas

Public Health Team HMQ, the Popup Wellbeing team for ABUHB and Johnsey Estates will be hosting a very special Christmas market in Mamhilad House on Tuesday 19 December and everyone is welcome!

Running from 10:00 am to 14:00 pm, there will be plenty of well-being activities and light refreshments for all to enjoy. Students from Coleg Gwent will be providing Indian head massages, hand massages and reflexology. There will also be raffle prizes and dog therapy.

Marcia Price of Aneurin Bevan Public Health Team has organised the event. She said: “The festive period tends to overload our already bustling lives and intensify workloads as we rush to complete tasks and check off our to do lists. It is vital to keep a close eye on staff’s wellbeing especially during the festive season. Understanding this, why not pop along to the wellbeing event and enjoy a range of wellness treats. We’ll be at Mamhilad House from 10.00 am until 2.00 pm and we would love to see you there.”
