Steve takes on Health & Safety role following double promotion

Since the beginning of the year, Steve Wall, a key member of our estates team here at Mamhilad, has been promoted twice, recently taking responsibility for the vital area of Health & Safety.

Steve joined us as an electrician back in 2019, and was promoted to site supervisor in January before adding the Health & Safety element to his role this month. Our CEO, James Crawford, said Steve’s interest in and commitment to Health & Safety made the Board’s decision to promote him an easy one.

“Health & Safety is, of course, a critical area for us,” he explained.

“We wanted to bring day-to-day responsibility in-house, working alongside Thomas Carroll as our external advisors, and Steve has a real passion for it, even undertaking IOSH qualifications in his own time.

“The Board is delighted to recognise Steve’s commitment and create this new position which we think is perfect for him, us and our occupiers.”
