For medium-sized and larger organisations, we have office spaces available on our business park, which can be custom-designed to meet your needs with site wide fibre optic broadband ensuring the connectivity that you need. Unlike serviced offices, the office spaces start as open-plan spaces and can be sectioned and adjusted to fit with hybrid or flexible working models as required. These typically start from £41,000 pa excluding VAT, utility charges and services charges.
