We want our space to work for you, so, as well as free on-site parking and plenty of EV charging, you’ll have ultimate flexibility with our Tenancy at Will agreements. Therapy rooms are available from 180 sq ft at just £375 + VAT per calendar month, with no upfront costs, and all have access to super-fast connectivity via our own site-wide fibre network at just £25 + VAT per month.

On-site amenities include a café, two gyms, ice bath and sauna facility, children’s nursery and hair and beauty salons, all run by other independent resident businesses. We are already home to an eclectic mix of over 150 businesses and organisations, so we’re experienced in office fitouts, too, across a wide variety of sectors.
